Current staging behavior
The online inquiry form is off by default. Visitors can contact Crossroads Solar by phone at (574) 399-5155 or by email at info@crossroads-solar.com. Hosting infrastructure may create standard technical request logs; the hosting provider and retention period still need client approval.
Before forms are enabled
Crossroads Solar must approve the form recipient, service provider, data fields, retention period, deletion process, and final notice. The planned form fields are name, email, optional phone number, inquiry topic, and message. Do not submit sensitive personal information.
Client approval needed
Analytics, cookies, embedded services, legal contact details, and applicable consumer-rights language must be confirmed before this draft is published as a final notice.
